Add Crops and Varieties to the Chapter Database

How to add crops and varieties to the database.

The crops and varieties in each chapter's database are crowdsourced from the chapter's members. This ensures that the database is exclusive to what is grown in the area. A crop or variety can be added when making a new planting, or in the Crops and Varieties Index Screen located in the side navigation menu.

Adding a Crop

To add a crop, navigate to the Crops Index Screen from the side navigation menu. Click the "+ Crop" button in the lower right corner of the screen. Enter the crop's information and click the Submit button.

Adding a Variety

To add a variety, navigate to the Varieties Index Screen from the side navigation menu. Click the "+ Variety" button in the lower right corner of the screen. Enter the variety's information and click the Submit button.
